Dose Rate:

Initial dose rate is twice maintenance dose rate for 4-6 weeks to a maximum of 6 tablets daily. Administer half dosage in morning and half dosage in Evening. Tablets can be given whole or crushed and mixed with food

Maintenance Dose:

Less then 10kg (22lbs) 1/2 tablet

10-20kg (22-44lbs) 1 tablet

20-30kg (44-66lbs) 1 1/2 tablets

30-40kg (66-88lbs) 2 tablets

40-60kg (88-132lbs) 3 tablets

Greater then 60kg (132lbs) 4 tablets
